I’m Samuel Tevanian, a Fitness and Wellness Professional based out of Maine helping people transform their lives through better fitness, nutrition and lifestyle choices.
My journey into fitness & wellness coaching began with a personal commitment to continuous learning and improvement and wanting to share what I’ve learned to those whom I work with.

- Exercise Science (ES) Lab Assistant, ES Tutor, Personal Trainer for Athletes and Staff/Faculty in College
- StretchLab “Flexologist” performing 1 on 1 assisted stretching
- (presently) Exercise Specialist for Corporate Wellness acting as a 1 on 1 coach, group exercise instructor and wellness advocate as a part of employee benefits
